Dentist Salon is not a clinical service. It does not provide dental diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or medical advice.

The intake collects the answers you provide to guided questions. These may include:

• The reason for your dental visit
• Current concerns or symptoms
• Relevant health history and medications
• Allergies or past reactions to dental treatment
• Comfort preferences and goals for your visit

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, insurance details, or financial data through this intake.

Your intake responses are shared only with the dental office that invited you. They are used by your dental team to prepare for your visit.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Your responses are accessible to the dental office associated with the intake code you were given. Staff at that office may review your intake before or during your appointment.

Dentist Salon staff may access intake data for limited technical and support purposes, such as resolving errors or improving the service. Access is restricted and logged.

Intake data is retained for a period necessary to support your dental office's workflow. Specific retention periods are determined by your dental office and applicable regulations. You may contact your dental office directly to request access to or deletion of your intake data.

Dentist Salon uses minimal session-level cookies necessary for the intake flow to function. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or behavioral analytics.

You can review and edit your answers before submitting your intake. If you have questions about your data after submission, contact the dental office that invited you — they are the primary custodian of your intake responses.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
